I am looking for a smart plug that has energy monitoring feature which shows Kw/h usage history and is accurate.

$15, It is a Tuya device, so pair it to the 'Smart Life' app instead of the eko one.

  I have this one paired with smart life. It only shows current watts and total daily kw/h usage not 15min/30min/1hr increments.
  The total daily kw/h takes a long time to update too so I couldn't just check it every 15min/30min/1hr either.

    If you installed Home Assistant on your PC or a Raspberry Pi, you can do logging like this with one of those smart plugs.

Sounds like you need a professional monitor. Check out jaycar to see what they have, but failing that you will need to find it yourself.

What is an accurate smart plug? The EKO one is showing 600Ma 250v 99w shouldn't 600Ma be 144w at 240v or 150w at 250v?
