        You would be consuming a lot of sodium if you finish the soup but if you only eat the noodles, you'll consume much less sodium

        True. That's why wife and I share one packet between us two… Lots of frozen veggies, onions, and an egg right at the end. Lunch for under $2. Not super unhealthy either, I'd argue

    I just use the Noodles & add fresh vegetables like sliced carrot,shallots & broccoli….and perhaps a squirt of Maggi seasoning.
