I’ve seen countless posts for Qantas’ 20k points bonus offer for new QFF CC sign ups.
Similarly I’ve seen a good chunk of people who registered for the deal are yet to receive their points.
Not just on Ozb but other point/travel pages.
Has anyone had any luck following up directly with Qantas and actually receiving the 20k points?

Classic Qantas doing the dodgy.
My misso's took roughly 2 months after reaching spending limits to come through last time they held it.
Called them a couple of months ago, they said they'd look into it.
Haven't heard anything back…
What line did you call?
It seemed to be fine the last few times (based on previous deal posts). This time it looks like they simply haven’t deposited peoples points. I guess I’ve have to make do with the 50 dollar voucher, and shift my spending to a card that earns velocity points.

I'm waiting for mine too, but based on the above I'll be waiting until late September/early October.
I called a few weeks back to chase. You need to follow up these points directly with Qantas rather than the bank.
Did they end up crediting your account with the points?
I'd forgotten I had a Qantas Amex open about 11 months prior - so they just told me I was ineligible
I just got the bonus points now after the second round of points were credited this morning.
Funny you say that, I have them a call today. They said they’d look into it (i didn’t think much of it). But upon checking my account this evening they’ve actually credited the 20k. I wasn’t on hold for long and they actually followed through. I (called the main Qantas hotline, and followed the prompts for QFF).
I just the credit into my account today, I think they mentioned it could be credited onto the account as late as the 31st of October on the page if I wasn't mistaken, surprised it came in so quickly.
You didn't open a qantas credit card (from any bank) in the 12 months prior?
