  • I remember when 19 inch used to be $300.

  • I remember when it used to be 500. I bought one too. :(

  • I bought my 17" for $350, my 19" for $350 and my 22" for $300. This is a bargain for a 24", but if it were $250 like the S2409 was, I'd jump on it straight away :)

    • then what did u do for the 2409 deal?

      • Used a 20% off small-business code, which doesn't appear to be valid for this sale.

  • does this coupon have any special requirements, ie you need to be a member of certain organisation to be eligible if they do a check?

  • Great deal!

  • Got this a few weeks ago for $315 with 5 year warranty. Overall a pretty good monitor, colours look crap out of the box but after a bit of fiddling it looks good. Only minor complaint is the poor viewing angle (as expected in TN panels), and that the bottom half of the screen is slightly brighter than the top half.

  • Only 10% off, same with NRMA membership. But it's still a great price .

  • Called dell today - Said out of stock till Mid November so beware, since price may drop between now and then going by previous sales.

    • I wouldn't be so sure of a price drop considering the state of the Aussie dollar.

      • Agree, make your technology purchases now. Prices will remain the same or go up in the next few months.
New Apple Macbook models are more expensive than previous models.

        • Well. The new aluminium MacBook is also more expensive in the US store than the old plastic one so it is not just the crappy AUD. However I agree that it's a very good time making technology purchases. I just came back from Hong Kong/Taiwan, and thought the tech products there are actually relatively expensive when you use the current exchange rate.

  • Fair enough, it may also be note worthy that the s2409w said by my (hard to understand) salesperson may go up in RRP from $399 because apparently it is better then the E248WFP (in her words) and is currently on a promotional price since it is a new release.
