I like it smooth.

        Me too. Peanut Butter is horrible stuff. But I'm not a fan of peanuts either, but I do like a good satay sauce.

          That's hilarious - most satay sauces (from Asian restaurants etc) are heated peanut butter put on seasoned meat.

          Crunchy peanut butter rocks.

        I learnt from a housemate whose mother was Dutch Indonesian. I don’t include the trasi. That smells like a fish regurgitated it. We made her put it in two jars.

            @Yummy: When we make the Sate we batch make it and put it in silicon ice cube trays. It allows you a serve without having to start from scratch each time.
