The competition says the answers are on the page so would it more likely be Noboribetsu?

If you like hot springs, head to the volcanic area of Hell Valley in Noboribetsu. Part of Shikotsu-Toya National Park, it boasts incredible hot steam vents and sulphurous streams and is the main source of hot spring water for Noboribetsu Onsen.

      Thanks updated the OP.

    Careful with the 3rd Question.
Jigokudani is Hell Valley, but the Hot Spring town that Hell Valley is located in is Noboribetsu.
