why does the first picture look like its squished flat

    • Not sure, I think Amazon might have some of the pictures and details mixed up with other power banks. I can confirm that i got delivered the Model number: BPB002, which does look fatter than that first picture.

    • The first image looks like the 10,000 mAh variant.

  • Description says 30w. Specs say 18w usb-c as well as 30w usb-c. Can anyone verify?

    • +1

Yes i got it delivered today and its the Model number: BPB002 which is 30w.

      • +1

Yea I just checked the Belkin site and it says 30w. Cheers.

    • +1

It might be 30W if you're just using the USB-C Output alone, but if you use both USB-C + USB-A it drops to 18W + 12W respectively.

  • can you board a plane with this as carry on?

    • +2

Depends on the airline, but a general guide seems to be 27000mah battery packs are the upper limit. So yes, should be fine.

    • I've carried a 26800mah onto flights without issues for the past 5-6 years

  • +1

Single chipset design and that chipset is only being put on the USB-C port. The advantage of this is that the USB-C port can operate in PD mode even when both ports are used. The disadvantage is that the USB-A port doesn't really have any modern fast charge capability (it's simply 5V).

Note the weight at 520gm is on the heavy side of you're planning to use for travel/outdoor activities

    • +1

Based on the size/weight, these might be using Li-Ion Cells inside (instead of Li-Polymer)

    • If you're willing to pay extra for a light and compact one, I really like the Nitecore NB10000 (10000mAh) https://www.nitecorestore.com/Nitecore-NB10000-Gen-2-Power-B…

That is priced in USD and need to add 10% for tax.
