    When I look at the bag sizes I wonder whether we are experiencing product shrinkage in action. I recently noticed all brands of $10 1kg bags of powdered milk had shrunk to 800g with no price drop. I managed to retrieve the last 1 kg bag from the back of the bottom shelf where it was hidden. In the past year or so our 750ml bottles of spirits have all shrunk to 700 ml with nobody saying a word except for the occasional company boast about not increasing prices

    Are they bastards or are we mugs or both?

    It looks like Cobbs are doing the same thing, with the more popular flavour bags already shrunken. Perhaps this sale is to clear all remaining bags that are 100 g or more so they can all restock with 80 g bags
