We live in Sydney and are looking for a holiday resort where kids and as a family we can enjoy couple of days. If we can use the $50 stay voucher it's bonus. Hopefully we can find some pool facility as well. Looking to spend less than $200/night. Appreciate your recommendations.

Highly recommend the NRMA Ocean Beach Holiday Resort at Umina Beach. It's great for kids and they have two big pool areas + water splash park.
That was on Sydney Weekender recently. You will find Youtube videos with Google. You could also stop at the Reptile Park near the freeway.
