I think its easier to progress if you just click once and let it load in the background.
Also maybe register for a Puma account before you start adding to cart so the cart contents are saved when the site crashes again.
Took about an hour for them to take my money but they finally did. Had to pay by card as PayPal kept timing out.

What a garbage website.
Cant seem to find products on site anymore. Was browsing through clothing section, then something went wrong and very few products left in each category..
This is terrible. Website slow as hell, shopping cart emptying for no reason, product pages disappearing and then becoming a 404. Getting logged out for no reason ffs.

Send CR an email with the purchase order confirmation or invoice. They will try for you. They did it for me when one (coincidentally during Puma last sale) went through and the other didn’t.

Anyone got the shipment details, they haven't shipped my order yet and no reply to email for update.
I've just recieved my order today. Obviously took a while, nearing on 3 weeks but have had shipping info since it was posted. I'd definitely be persistent in following it up.
One of my orders from 16 Sept was received on the 29th and everything is the wrong size. The sizing guides are useless. I even went up a size for my son and everything is still too small. For example their sizing guide says for 7-8 year olds go extra-small, he is 8. I went a size up with small as this covers 9-10 year olds up to 140cm in heigh. He is way shorter than that. He is also very skinny yet shirts, jumpers and pants are all too small. What the…. I know have to send it all back.
Another order from 15 Sept was express post but has not been scanned in at any location. The last line is: "Received and ready for processing". I assume that means AusPost picked it up? Puma told me to contact AusPost.

NIGHTMARE … Puma didn't ship my order from last 3 weeks, on enquiring thr chat person says that you didn't pay the money, Paypal says that money is with Puma, Puma says that we have refunded, Paypal says that they haven't, Puma says that we will send you express shipping and then says that your order is cancelled, WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE, Each chat person is telling another story from 2 days … If you wana make your day miserable, buy from @PUMA
