        You can connect a battery to an AC-Coupled inverter.

          You still need some type of inverter for the batteries when connecting to an AC-Coupled inverter (unless you get a battery system with it built-in, such as a Tesla Powerwall).

      Dont have anything on 5.2 but you can buy a 6.5 for $3650 on eBay. List price is about $5500.

    I have 6.6kw Jinko + SMA Sunnyboy installed by them 2.5 years ago and so far works well.

    I do hope it is a 9kw panel though to get more power generated.

    Confirm I had the OP install a 6.6kw panels system with Fronius inverter in 2019 after reading his offer and discussions on OzB. Did what he said he would do, competitive price, very happy with the process and the result.
