  Ordered via eBay, where they had a set quantity for sale - obviously falsely advertised. My order was cancelled with no note or apology, and I have to wait five days for a refund! Once again, Big W prove that they're the worst when it comes to giving a damn about their customers. And I have to deal with the justifiably disappointed child.
