Hi i want to buy airpod max refurbished from mobileciti ebay.
When i asked if it refurbished by apple they said yes which i don’t know if they are saying the truth or not and if it is refurbished with apple then it should come with a year warranty by apple right?
Has anyone bought anything refurbished from them and can it be trusted ? Thank you

Ended up returning the phone as it only had 6 months of apple warranty left on it.
So the refurbished airpod max i am planning to buy would be coming with no warranty at all or leftover warranty isnt it ? And that means it wasn’t refurbished by apple officially
There's no way to definitively answer that till you've ordered it and find out. No matter what anyone says based on previous experience, the ones you get could be different scenario. Either go for the gamble or don't.
Bought a phone from them back in 2019 but the charging port was faulty so they replaced it. The second one had the same issue (yes I tried different new cables) ended up getting a refund as I needed to move quickly to get a new phone the time. So ethically I don't think you'll have any issues with the business as long as the product is working OK.

WTF, there was no 230V power supply inside
I contacted them & they said the lady that packed it months ago has left,
(they get their items & pack it & then put it on the shelf ready to distribute).
They said they will send me a PS. But wait, they didn't have one in stock.
They go to their suppliers & order one and they tell them to send it straight to me
If it was not for that lady forgetting to pack the PS in the box, everything would be perfect,
but she is not there anymore (thank stuff)
Would I recommend them? Blood oath I would

Pretty sure when they said it was refurb by apple it wasn’t true, first because the warranty is 1 year by mobileciti not apple and second it doesn’t even come with charging cord.
