    Contemplating if worth upgrading from the V6 Absolute & corded ball version (think it's DC45). All still function fine, misses prefers getting ride of the corded & just using the cordless as more versatile. Decisions decisions……

      If you dont have carpet, I dont know why you would need the corded vacuum. I stay at a rental place and moved 2 different apartments and now a house. And in all the places, I needed the corded (kmart) vac only for carpets. In the remaining carpetless rooms, my Dreame V10 does a fantastic job. Also I have used both dyson V7and Dreme V10(soft roller only - dont know how the brush roller performs) and prefer the dreame. Almost 1.5 years and everyday use and the battery still has full capacity. Would I buy a dyson? Probably if they were as cheap as dreame, else I dont see the reason to spend more to get the same task done.

      My only gripe is when vacuuming the kitchen where there are a bit of water droplets here and there and the softroller gets a bit damp. A brushed roller would probably be better in such scenarios.
