I have had one in my shopping cart still but haven't been able to check out as its out of stock. Fail.

  • Card arrived today Sydney. Thanks for the quick postage.
Cards arrived as 3 single retail packs

  • arrived today too

  • Still has not been received, in Sydney,

Anyone else not received the SD cards?

    • Still waiting for delivery. Anyone else is also waiting?
How long does it normally take?

  • Still waiting too in Sydney.

  • South Australia here and yep, still waiting.

  • I received mine on friday 22nd, metro adelaide.

  • Received today the 27th in Syd.

  • Anyone else tried it in the raspberry pi yet? I attempted to install Debian and XBMC on it, and the rpi refused to boot. Switched to a different SD card and it works perfectly.

… Not sure what to do with these now!

  • Tested one of the three I got, definitely not the fastest card out there but should do for most applications.

    Test finished without errors.
    Writing speed: 2.70 MByte/s

  • Still waiting in Sydney. Tracking number in shipping advice of 18th doesn't work. Waiting on email reply from Dealfox.

    • Opened a Paypal dispute case and Dealfox credited my account with the amount, less an adjustment fee of $0.42. Unfortunately the balance is still in the account so I have to wait for another offer to spend it. I guess that's the best I can hope for.

      • It'd be nice to hear from the rep, did they send it or not etc. Giving you a refund no questions asked makes me wonder if they ran out and are just waiting for people to dispute. Weird.

      • Ok, I want to correct the record here so that Dealfox isn't presented unfairly.

That crediting seems to have been some weird accounting transaction initiated by someone inside Dealfox but was only internal to their ordering system and didn't translate to a Paypal refund.

Separately the rep communicated with me over email, agreed that the package had been lost and initiated a refund because there was no more stock. I received the refund and the Paypal dispute was closed. That was over a week ago.

A couple of days back however, the package arrived. From the writing on the package, it seems that some clueless clerk in the ground floor of the building of my friend's office had sent it back because (s)he didn't recognise my name as being associated with my friend's company. However it must have eventually been routed back and arrived. It was partly my fault because I should have included my friend's company name in the address. I have fixed that now.

I then contacted the rep and offered to repay Dealfox the $4.96. Dealfox very generously said I could keep the cards.

So praise from me for Dealfox for good customer service and dealing with me generously. I hope this clears the record for anybody reading this thread in future.
