So when it says "Available to new ShopBack Gift Cards customers only" I'm guessing if you have ever bought shopback gift cards then it doesn't apply, AND it will disqualify you from future "new customer deals".
So this is strictly much worse than the 100% cashback on $5 or $10 gift cards earlier this year.
