[Solved] Need Help to Name This Part Used in a Bed

I am trying to assemble a bed that has been lying unassembled since our last house move a few months ago.

When disassembleing, we managed to get the circular thing out from the side panel (mistakenly) and somehow lost that. That circular thing was embedded in the side panel and would hold the screw from the head panel.

Here is the missing part: https://ibb.co/ZcL1r46

Here is the screw that goes through the head panel and gets tight into the circular thing: https://ibb.co/kBxjNR3

I am looking for help answering

  1. What is it called and where can I get it?

  2. How can I get it fixed back to the side panel?

(The bed is more than 2 years old and no warranty etc)

    A nutsert?
Take the bit into your local hardware shop and ask if they have one and what's the best way to secure it into the pre-existing hole.

    • Thank you. I am gonna check it at Bunnings.

    Google lens found this: https://www.bunnings.com.au/taskmaster-6-x-20mm-screw-in-ins…

You'll have to search for the correct size.

    • You are a pro. Thanks for your help!

I read the Title and thought, this can go sideways pretty fast.

    • Ha ha. Now I read it again and yes you are right.
