      I made an order before 9:30am and another after 9:30am. Didn’t realize they change the rules until reading comments now. Does the second order still qualify? It should right if the first order is still under the per transaction rule.

      One of my friends placed 2 orders before 9:30am and both got tracked. However, her 2nd order got the cashback rejected afterward and the order has already shipped. She made a claim for the rejected cashback but only got told "the store has declined this transaction for cashback"
      Don't know if anyone else has encountered the same issue? Thanks

      Yeah they refunded one of my items ($13.99 item) which will most likely invalidate a $36.xx cashback. Quite annoyed they did it without sending a quick message first as I would have taken another item in exchange for the out of stock item. Would have cost me $22.xx less if they had just not shipped the item and still billed me for it.

      Disappointed.

      Thankfully the ones for my doggo are cheaper than other stores, free delivery (not always easy when you dont live metro) and works out to be $57.59 for 12kg after cashback.

        Yeah I use PetPost for that particular reason (13kg bags, non-metro shipping). Prices aren't too bad, with cashback pretty much unbeatable. Unfortunately restocked on dog biscuits last week and I don't use them enough to have 2 bags lying around for the rats/mice to break into.

              @pyr0: I have been happy with Healthy Everyday Pets but typically just do a quick search of a pet site's range from that list and grab a couple of bags of whatever is cheapest. My dog takes a day or two to get used to the new brand/flavour but I am of the opinion, if there is food in his bowl he can starve if he doesn't like the taste. He's a dog ffs! If I am buying premium grain-free Aussie/NZ food and you don't like it, tough luck.

      Yeah I made an order yesterday at 5:42pm - I can see it in my click history but still not tracking. It better as I bought an almost $100 bag of Hills prescription bickies for my cat - recommended by my vet to help with his random peeing inside. Apparently the threat of "a Piddling….. that's a Paddling" is not working.

        Mine was similar, Hills prescription diet food for the cat. I didn't see anywhere that said prescription diet food was excluded, and on the previous thread folk were saying theirs had been tracked. I'd have bought it elsewhere, cheaper, if it wasn't for the cashback.

    Just received an email stating I'll receive a refund for one of my items due to OOS.
    Would that mean I won't get any cashback at all now?
    Extremely disappointed if that is the case.
    As someone else stated above, I would have chosen another item etc but they don't give you the option.
    Is this just a way to get out of giving the Cashback?

    My order arrived last Wed October 5th. Still no tracking so once the Send a Claim button was available I send in an enquiry. A reply came in today stating "We have not received any information regarding this transaction from the store, so we have submitted a query to the store by sending the details that you have provided to follow up on your purchase." And it could still be another 30-90 days to be resolved.

    I read through this thread again and noticed that there were 11 people who had their orders tracked almost immediately, including people who were still able to make separate orders, but all 6 of us whose orders didn't track posted afterwards. No other person since the non-tracking 6 has posted to say they've had a tracked order. Could mean nothing but I just found it interesting
