  Got this last deal.

  Looked used when i got it, and was leaking.

  Then got jerked around for a refund. Wouldn’t recommend this product or seller

      No idea, but with something as boring as a kettle I bet if it works perfectly fine, few people will go through the trouble of writing a forum post simply saying "it works fine". But if someone was screwed over by either the seller or the product they will definitely let people know about it, understandably.

      Every product will have a defect rate, no production line (for mass-market items like this) is 100% perfect. So there will definitely be faulty units out there.

      My point is you're more likely to read complaints about (boring) products than praises. If the product works fine there's really not much to say, so for every negative comment you read there could very well be 100 totally satisfied users.

  Got one from the last deal.Seems OK except for the fiddly and small opening where you fill the kettle.
