they frequently have sales, mainly on their lens packages, but occasionally have sales on ray bans and oakleys. i've bought many pairs from them and they're an authorised dealer of both.
just to give you an idea, my last pair was a ray ban rx4340v-2000 with blue mirror polarised sunglass lenses: $265 delivered. the lenses alone at opsm would cost at least $500 with the strong rx that i need.
I've used Clearly in the past and the cheap glasses I bought were good enough for the price, but unfortunately they don't stock the Clubmasters I'm chasing :/
that is frustrating. especially since i've seen them in stock in the past. guess they just aren't that good with restocking the popular frames.
almost $300 for simple acetate sunglasses that offer no additional protection or features over a $5 pair. Amazing what a brand can do.

Much as I like to get on the Luxottica hate bandwagon, where else can you buy sunglasses with polarised glass lenses for under $100?

I'm sure they're good enough sunglasses, but they'll be plastic lenses for the price.
Glass lenses have better clarity and last a lot longer without getting scratched up.
