Yep, this happened to me. Bought a similar one from another Ebay seller. Mattress was marketed as medium firm, no sagging etc. As soon as we got it, gave it the 24 "inflation" period, sat on it and it sunk like the Moskva. Seller won't refund as they claim "it wasn't marketed with side support" or some BS.
Buyers beware.
