Just want to find recommendation affordable (cheap) vet in Sydney? My vet charge $100 consultation fee plus extra for medicine or any extra work. Trying to find cheapest vet for yearly check up. Don't mind to travel if needed.

The only thing you'll really save is a consult fee. Meds and tests cost the same because they're all from the same handful of suppliers.
Do you have low income concession card, or can you prove financial need? I bet you could ask for a discount.

OP, it would help if you specify what pet you have.
My vets , both of them, cost $70 per consult, plus meds, for my doggo. The bird is more $$ as it's a specialist.
You can also consider Green Cross vets, but IMO, they're a rip off.I have dog. Which vet are you going?

A very OzB minded family member travels from Maroubra to Bass Hill Vet for their cat. I don't know how much they charge but it's a long way to travel & he's lucky the cat doesn't mind the trip.
