    Kids: Coles and Lebra?

  • Dang, that 360 day small deal is the best value i can find anywhere.

Good enough of a price to switch me from Boost.

  • My main Sim use lebara already , I have another number with lycamobile , can I transfer it to lebara ? Will it still treat me as new customers ? Also how many numbers I can with lebara as my home wifi sim use lebara too

    • Hi adpaholic.
You should be able to transfer your Lycamobile number over to Lebara.
As you are an existing customer, please let the Customer Care team know that you are bringing another number over to your existing account.
As a Lebara customer, you are able to have a maximum of 5 SIMs for one household.
Please give us a call on 1300 126 122 for more information.
      Thanks!

  • Ordered the 360-Day starter pack 2 days ago having also paid for express delivery (Express Delivery $5.00 Delivery in 1-2 business days), received following email after ordering: "Your order will be shipped by 'Australia Post' for delivery shortly. Once dispatched, you will receive a further email from us! "

It has been 2 business days, no further emails, no SIM cards.. not a good start!

Support is also useless and takes a really long time to speak to someone. I instantly got the $5 eSIM to try the reception 2 days ago and since it was good (much better than Telstra network where I recently moved to, North Kellyville) I decided to activate it on above mentioned plan but it wouldn't let me, was asking for $200 instead of $150, reached out to support via chat to see if they can help and the answer was no, only way to get it for $150 is to order the starter pack sim online.. such a waste of time and resources.

    • Because you are no longer a new customer once activated the $5 eSim.

      • I never activated the $5 eSIM.

Anyway, I received the regular SIM card today (which is a $2 SIM card package with a sticker attached on top saying $240 Small 360 Day Starter Pack), going through activation process on the Lebara app it asked for plan details and I selected the plan name I ordered, then it asked for credit card information for top-ups and renewals, while annoyed about that thinking I can opt-out of automated recharge later I entered my credit card information and suddenly I was charged $200 again.

After waiting patiently on the phone they issued a refund of $200 which I'll get back in probably 10 days.
