      Adventure Pals (simultaneous 2 player) is fun and very funny! I think it's a nice little Melbourne developed indie game. Bought it last time it was booked in OzB!

      I have this too! Crazy multiplayer fun! My kids and me love it! Don't play with sore losers though!

        Super Mario 3D World is the best family couch co op game of all time.

        Rayman Origins
        Rayman Legends
        Ultimate Chicken Horse
        Gang beasts
        And this one, Boomerang Fu

        …are all also great 4 player (or more) games I love to play with my kids and we keep coming back to.

        Human fall flat and the Lego games are great too, but only 2 players per console/PC, so depends how many kids you have. (With Human fall flat, we just use 2 PCs and 2 copies of the game use online to get 4 players in the same level. Endless free fan-made levels).

        With the Lego games, start with a somewhat recent one (last decade or so) from whichever franchise the kids love, like Lego Incredibles, Lego movie 1, Lego Marvel, or Lego Batman 3, as these more recent ones are a bit better (but even the oldest ones are pretty fun).

    Pretty fun if you have mates over and they all leave but one hangs around later than the others and you've both had plenty to drink.

    This is a great game! Usually, pull this out after a few drinks with our couple friends and everyone has a blast!

    Super easy to pick up and the avatars ar cute as hell

    Great game, shame it doesn't support online multiplayer battle. Also no new maps or items for quite some time.

    Another Aussie multiplayer game that might be good for some game time with the kids is Wrestledunk Sports by Team Fractal Alligator and upto 8 players.
    Doesn't go on sale often.

    Family (9,12) loves this game. Hours of fun. Quick and easy game. And satisfying to kick your kid's butts sometimes!

      Sadly, we have to turn off some of the powerups.

      The multiple boomerang and exploding ones. When one kid picks up both of them, it's just game over and rage fits begin!
