Hi all, Just starting a new job with vehicle allowance can anyone recommend a free app that helps keep track of motor vehicle expenses and work related expenses for tax.
Trying to keep things simple.

+1 for the ATO app, It can use point to point trips, gps tracking, and can set favourites.
I use https://www.driversnote.com.au/ but mine is Salary Sacrifice so all I have to is track Business vs Personal KMs. Works well though, I've paid for it (which will be a tax deduction) and I am very happy with it. I bought the GPS Bluetooth module for better tracking since the phone was a bit hard. Plus, it would start tracking when driving my wife's car when I just needed to track mine.
The ATO has an app "MyDeductions" that integrates with the online tax return function.
