Reminder do not use the RCA on active speakers, even at 2.3v you still might fry them.

  Great little starter DAC Amp, used it on my heavier impedance cans and drives them okay. I’ve also been using it to feed my monitoring active speakers just fine, but now that you mentioned the voltage, I’m a bit scared hah!

  Any ideas on which one is the go-to budget amplifier for passive speakers these days? Read about SMSL AD18, but unsure if the price is okay..

  I have a sound blaster zxr with an amp, my headphones are the 6xx. Would there be any benefit to getting this?

    Not a lot of info on the Creative website regarding the zxr's specs. But surely its performs better and has a high impedance than this, given its cost.

  do I need this if I plan to use AUX in on bluetooth speaker? what improvement will it make. I usually use Bluetooth Speaker with Android Mini Projector for camping
