    Genuinely, how does one get back ROI from such products? I feel a tablet is more productive and has better ROI than such overpriced tech.

      I don't really think of phones as an investment, but to answer your question -

      • Enhanced productivity
        • Might be useful if you frequently run multiple apps
        • No need to worry about data syncing
      • Single device that replaces a phone and tablet that is easy to carry
      • Suite of products that work well together - watch, phone and earbuds

      As always, with these products, you're effectively paying an early adopter tax. If you are interested in this class of product, you are also ensuring that future iterations will be released.

      bigger screen for my work is useful and ability use it anytime; a tablet is overkill - and can't carry a tablet everywhere + a phone
      won't go back anytime even without my work. its that 'useful'. imo.
      DEX is great too.. the power cpu phone these days.
      was hesitant buying. seriously. was yes. no . yes no… gimicky?? before release..

    Still waiting on my Samsung Fold 4 that I ordered from the online store back on August 12th. Will never order from them again.

      I ordered a black Fold4 last week and received next day though it was Saturday. There was a delay when I preordered a custom colour S21U.

      Because i pre-ordered the Burgundy one and a s-pen case. I got the s-pen case early. But the Fold 4 package, they incorrectly put my name and someone else name and a different address on it. Courier company wasn't sure what to do so they called Samsung and got no response so they sent it back to Samsung Sydney where it has been since the 14th September. So i got it escalated through the Phillipines call center on the 18th which takes 2 to 10 business days. So it's been longer than 10 business days and absolutely nothing has happened. Everytime I ring the call center they just say they will re-escalate it. The case managers are in Sydney but the call center or myself has no access to them. Have tried twitter Samsung Australia, even the Chadstone Samsung shop. No-one seems to have access to this mysterious escalation team. Their escalation process has completely broken down for me.

      latest iphone or galaxy is $1800… ?

    Wowowee! What a superb deal. The very best form factor whether as an everyday or (better yet) work phone.

    Once it's been had, no sense and is impossible to go back to a brick phone.

    I hate it, just a week ago I ordered a phone from EPP portal, and could not find watch5. The only bundle available are with watch4.

    Don't try trade in with this, the trade in value would be discounted as well..
