  • Extra $30 off Wine Shed Sale

Is the shed hard to assemble?

    • +1

Easy as. Just think Meccano set on steroids. :-)

  • You need a loyalty scheme!

    • Wine Club will be up on the website soon - been a bit of a marathon build in order to build in as much flexibility as we can :-)
      Cheers!

  • Sure, I'll give it a try.

Worst case scenario is that it burns all the way down and is best used as drain cleaner (and at $10 a "treatment" much cheaper than a plumber).😛

EDIT: Hey OP, have you tested the cart with the discount code? When it gets to the ShopPay page to make payment, it's forcing a $19.00 shipping charge.

    • Trust me, if they burnt all the way down we wouldn't put our names to them! Feedback on previous deals suggests polar opposite of that experience as well as a family pedigree of making premium wines for 170 years.
Re website a bit above my paygrade that one - I'm a tech numpty - but one of the team has just hopped in and checked tells me should be working fine.
Either way, if problem persists, go ahead, order and I'll hop in an refund the shipping if you PM me the order #.
      Hope that helps.
      Cheers!

All good. I'm a coffee person and a wine idiot. These will be for the wife to work her way through.

While I can describe coffee in some level of detail, my level of wine tasting sophistication is "It's red or it's white. It's bubby or it's flat. It's drinkable or it's not drinkable". The highest compliment I give is along the lines of "It was white, flat and drinkable" 😉

Refreshed the page - just in case - and pushed the order through. It charged shipping. I'll drop you a quick DM. Thank you.

        • haha. No worries.
I've hopped in and refunded the $19 - hopefully you have an email :-)
          Cheers!

@RD ADL: That was quick! #ThatsWhatSheSaid

            Thank you. Email received.

  • Hi Richard,

Any known delivery delays to Perth? I previously made a purchase order which was sent out with Aramex on 19/09 and I've yet to receive it :(

    • Hi @Skinny Mocha. Apologies you've yet to receive this consignment. I'm afraid I'm a bit out of touch as I've been in Europe and in Asia since mid-September visiting our overseas distributors.
Best advice is to email [email protected] and Lisa/David will chase it up for you.
We review service levels regularly and do make the type of changes you suggest occasionally where we experience changes in service delivery levels.
A dispatch 19/9 suggests to me potential damage/lost in transit - as I say email in and we'll fix it asap.
If you need to escalate back to me, please do feel free to do so.
      Cheers!
      RD :-)

      • No worries. E-mail query sent through. Thanks for the prompt reply.

@Skinny Mocha Thanks and my pleasure. Have a great weekend. Richard :-)

  • Hey Richard, any plans to do a deal on the Bec Hardy Rose? Was delicious and my missus was very happy.

    • +1

@thierryhenry I'm afraid not. It was in a mixed pack last week that sold a bit more than anticipated and we were running on minimal stock of it.
The www.wineshedsale.com.au always has a few wines in it that disappear - Rose, Pinot Noir, Reserve Shiraz - either they get new markets and they disappear or we just run them out through the WIne Shed Sale.

It is available though here -> https://bechardy.com.au/products/bec-hardy-rose-2022

      Cheers! RD :-)

      • no worries, thanks mate. I'll buy the missus a Louis Vutton instead, should make her equally happy!

        • +1

hahahaha - I dare say. Thanks for the reminder - must buy Bec a present before I get back to Oz! Have a great weekend. RD :-)
