Has Anyone Had Experience with Dodo Electricity and/or Gas?

Hey Guys

Currently with Energy Australia with our current fix plan for electricity/gas expiring at the end of the month - with the new rates bumping up quite a bit (from 21c to 31c /kwh) sigh.
Calling up EA, best they could do for me is 7% off the reference price (becoming 28c kwh) plus a measly $25 credit applied to the account.

Did a bit of a search of plans in my area with the energy made easy website and shopback energy (currently $170 cashback for electricity/gas combo signups) and dodo seemed to be the only one cheaper.
Their electricity is only about 3% cheaper, though their gas seems to be 10c less daily supply charge and about 10% less for gas usage charges.

Was wanting to get opinions/reviews from current/previous dodo customers, and if its worth moving over to them (if there are gonna be constant billing f-ups/inaccuracies, horrible service etc.. might not be worth it?).

Any advice will be greatly appreciated :)

    I signed up to both power & gas in early Dec 2019. Later that month they had a rate rise and my 2nd bill was higher than the first. I contacted them as I didn't get a rate rise notice and they put me back to the old rate.

    I then didn't get a bill when I expected one (expected to be billed monthly) I called their call centre a few times and was told the bill would be sent out in a few weeks. Still nothing, so I decided to stop chasing them up to pay them money. I didn't receive a power bill for 8 months and then got a massive one for the last 8 months. I had been budgeting so I could pay the bill.

    They also didn't charge me a fee from the power supplier which saved me $1500

    Their prices jumped and I moved to another cheaper provider

    All up their billing department sucks but it did benefit me in the long run, but I wouldn't go back.
