Not sure if this is happening in your area but I have been to 4 nearby stores and cannot find any stock of the Nutri-Grain that is currently 1/2 price.

Can they advertise for these and only have 5 boxes available?
Woolworths hasn't allowed rainchecks since Covid.

Woolies used covid as an excuse to remove rainchecks and then are now permanently not providing them. My two closest woolies have both said they have no intention of bringing rainchecks back.
A lot of businesses have used Covid as an excuse for all sorts of things. Woolies not bringing them back clearly shows they just wanted to get rid of them. Coles has them now.

I find the same with Crunchy Nut Cornflakes.
Just get powergrain from Aldi.
Will still be cheaper than your half price "bargain" at its everyday price.

It can be a good thing if it is out of stock (but still available to add to cart in the app/website). Use it to get to the minimum spend for free delivery. If they don't supply it you get a smaller spend free delivery and if they do you've stocked up well on cheap nutrigrain!

Woolies web site in theory shows stock at stores near you. You need to check it just before you go to the store as it is only updated every 2 hours and for low stock it can sell out or if you check before a busy period it may sell out or if it's a good special it may sell out.
Found Nutri-Grain in stores within the area that OP says he visited.
Sounds like OP did not visit the stores when traveling between the listed stores that OP would have come close to.

Happens pretty regularly with most items on special..
I mean it's on special, so many people (myself included) stock up on things like this where it doesn't perish for a while. Not sure what you're expecting exactly…
The weekly catalogue cycle finishes tonight. Most half price specials are sold out before Tuesday, some are sold out within a couple days! If you really want something on special you need to go on the Wednesday when the new catalogue week starts.
