Have any of you placed an order on Lego's website recently?
I've whacked an order in on Oct 6th, and it's still not shipped.
I've attempted to contact support, but the chat robot wasn't helpful, and I've now been (allegedly) 1st in queue for a real person for the last hour and a half, so I figured I would use my time to ask the brains trust on OzBargain.
Has anyone else placed an order from them recently? Has your order shipped? What was the timeframe?

I ended up getting a shipping notification late yesterday.
Fingers cross it doesn't all fall apart.

Order placed Sep 28th, arrived Sydney Oct 6th.
Order placed Oct 6th, arrived Oct 12th.
Do all your items show as in warehouse. Maybe they are waiting on something.
Most of my orders this year have taken 5-8 days to arrive. Hope you get yours soon.
All items were in stock. Eventually got on to the chat who explained a backlog of orders due to new set releases, and that it should ship shortly.
Got a shipping notification that arvo, which is 6 working days from order til shipping. I guess that's not totally unreasonable.
yep its terrible atm…. and kind if sick of them blaming covid all over their website…..
Yeah I was really annoyed as I preordered the Atari set and they still didn;t send it until a week after it was available in store. I think they have changed providers and it is definitely slower.
I have noticed DHL now deliver to my area in Sydney instead of TNT. Changed in the last month I'd say.
Well that's not a bad thing though, is it? DHL generally has a better rep, don't they?

6 working days from order placed til shipping email received.
New sets, backlog of orders.
Normally at my residence within a few days.
A pre order would be different if it’s one of those?

Bought The Office Lego set on 30/09 and delivered 05/10… maybe it's dependent on which set you order.
Lego is running double point event at the moment. I wonder if that create large no of order to process.
I would assume so, yeah. I placed my order before the event though, haha
Highly dependent on what set you order. I've made a couple of orders in the last month, one took like 4 weeks til delivery, the other one 3 days.
Yes, I had to return an item, it has been a nightmare. 6 emails to confirm refund, they first of all claimed they didn't have the item until I provided proof from Aus Post then I got the run around.
When I ordered it, the item was in stock but it took 8 weeks
