I think synology has the app inside. You setup backup schedules to both they run automatically at the day time you want.

Both of these products have pretty good native windows apps already etc.

Going to use it for local backup and backup to cloud. Its a bit more advanced but pretty easy to learn.

I could not find a simple way to do two-way sync with Rclone. Do you know any good solution?
I’m not sure what exactly you are trying to achieve but you can just put your Google Drive folder inside your One Drive folder and whatever you put in that folder will be saved on both services. AFAIK you can’t do it the other way around.
Try some marmite and get onboard with what secure is.
You may have to write your own sync of find an app that can sync your PC to GD and another app to sync PC to OD and therefore between the two you sync via your PC.
