I've got many Amex points (10Mil +). Looking for ways to spend them. I won't be flying anywhere, and I don't need vouchers. Looking for the best way to cash them in. I need to spend them quickly. Can you give me some ideas?

Yes, that's the ratio. It doesn't feel the best way though or very effective.
Redeem to an airline program and sell to one of the grey market points upgrade services? Risks problems as it is a breach of TOS, but by then you should have the money.
Ask Amex to use your points to pay your CC bill.
My boss (sole trader) transferred 1 million points to Krisflyer & virgin and now he is using points to fly staff, that way he has cut down his travel bill.

Transfer to Marriott. Spend a month living in a luxury hotel or resort in your home city.
I'll happily take some off your hands to save you the bother of spending them…
Can't you just use them to reduce your most recent credit card expenses (ratio of 200:1)? If you don't have any, you could just buy some discounted woolworths, coles or amazon gift cards.
