I recently smashed my S22 Ultra screen and I am using squaretrades swap service and they have sent me a replacement S22 ultra and its expected that I send my cracked S22 ultra back to them. I am wondering if anyone has used this service and/or knows the fee if the cracked phone was not returned.
Were there any conditions when you entered your request on squaretrades web site that you agreed to? Did you read them? Was it in the conditions? If not call them and ask them.
I think they just invoice you for the cost of the phone they sent to you, right? Otherwise people without a phone would arrange to use the service, receive a phone and never send anything out.
Just send it back.. you got your replacement.

I'm guessing they'd charge you the full cost of the replacement device if you don't send back the thing you're obligated to send. That's usually how this stuff works.
Don't be sketchy, give it back to them
