I've previously used CW giftcards online before but now the option is not there?
Supposedly there should be a giftcard option on the checkout page but now it is missing. Checking the GC on their balance checker returns 'null' even I -just- loaded it from a Shopback SS GC
Any else having this issue?
It is a new thing. I was able to use it online a month ago.
Under some FAQ in the Gift Cards section, it says usable both online and instore.
Yeah a month ago i got Shopback Chemist Warehouse “giftcard” and applied it under the voucher section as per the FAQ

Please use the ‘got a voucher code? Add it here’ option in the shopping cart and ensure you have checked any and all relevant terms and conditions for your vouchers.
Right…the FAQ section specific to giftcards says it can be used online/ instore, and that the option is under the voucher section. As does the page where you go an buy gift cards from Chemist Warehouse…
Any who, I went in person and used of it so least the card actually works.
It is maybe just a tempory maintenance.
They are going broke & can't afford you to use discounted gift cards online anymore -

I used a Chemist Warehouse digital gift card to pay for an online c&c order last week. At the time, I read the FAQ which stated contradictory terms. Under payments, it states 'gift cards cannot be used for online ordering' yet under Gift Cards, it states 'you can use either a physical or digital gift card online or in-store.
I proceeded with my order and was successfully able to apply my gift card. I collected my order the other day. However, I agree the gift card option at checkout is not showing up anymore as I have just tested by adding something to cart. Strange…
