It is for 1 unit that has 2 leds in it's nose. Dunno why price jumps when you add it to the cart. I have bought a lot from focalprice and found them to be good. I think it's an honest mistake but really bad timing Cloudyday!

don't think many people here need sets of 40 though.
At .21 a unit I bought a bag and gave them to kids when their parents were sitting with me in my office. I would wait till the kids looked like they were bored to explosion and just before they would blow, I'd pull out a piggy torch. The parents ALWAYS really appreciated the distraction, my work was more pleasant and I usually got the business!
Oh you did not have to get that many to get that price either.
