Hopefully being helpful in sharing the link (which I found if copy & paste link, it worked in Chrome, Safari & Edge but not Bing) Coles emailed me to
View/Check your Balance and Transactions online for their

    Hi just to clarify… I tried the website details on the back of the card and is non existent. So, I SENT an EMAIL to Coles, as when you call the customer care number on the back of the card, it kept glitching and sending you back to main menu. Plus have called them when not glitching and they give no explanation on transactions, aside from the amount deducted.
    Coles then emailed me the direct link which worked.

    I only posted to try help others, didn’t think I’d get trolls so early…

    You don’t have to use the link… by all means… spend your time trying to call or find the website that is listed on the back of the card.

    Is there another automated way of checking balance without talking to someone on the phone?

      Yes the websites work. Have you tried turning off ad blockers or using a different browser/device?

    Was concerned the redirect from Coles mastercard balance on the back of the card was a potential scam issue. The my balance now seems to be the replacement site.

    It wouldn't hurt coles to use an au Domain to stick with consistency.

      Same - pretty ordinary for a gift card company to have the ability to have the website to check a balance so unreliable/out of action for so long…..
