If there's a link to an internal OzBargain site can a rich format preview be shown when the mouse rolls over the link, like with Wikipedia?

UPDATE: There's many people who don't understand the idea behind it, but there is also a some who do. Don't let that discourage you from helping out as many niche ideas (like Scotty's bargain blog!) start out small.
speaking of the website. Is ozbargain written from the ground up by scotty and co or its based on a forum website template.
