Head's up on Meyers right now. Daughter ordered a double bed frame (assume flat-packed) on 2 Oct., got email 4 Oct. it was on it's way w/tracking. Tracking doesn't work, so used chatbot. Chatbot said can't help, ring CS.

I rang because daughter is working, was told they're looking into it & to wait 5 biz days and they'd get back to me/her. That was 21 Oct. I reached out to them on social media— they said call the number I already called. Today, daughter said she'd found an actual contact email for CS and they replied they'd look into it. They are all sorry, including chatbot.

Yeah, they're sorry AF, all right. Holding onto $400+ dollars and no one actually responding.

Meyers goes on blacklist. Another one bites the dust.
