Still waiting from stock expected in late Oct. Just got a BigW PS5 instead; wouldn't recommend waiting for HN as you never know when you'll get it.
How easy was it to cancel and get refund?
Don't know yet, I'll be doing that at the end of the week. There's a bunch of Disc PS5's bundled with GoW being released, if you're interested then Amazon's your safest bet.
HN isn't reliable, I ordered an XSX for a friend last year. I changed the pick up person online because of other commitments. On the day they cancel the order, just like that. Send me an email about the cancellation. My friend had to go down to the store and "rebuy" the console. I wouldn't give these guys money again.

They do for games but the rules were never made clear. My local EB has something ridiculous like the store to be price matched must be located within the same shopping centre. I have never tried with console. YMMV.
