The Good Guys Commercial Website Error

When I try to make a click-and-collect order via the Good Guys Commercial website, during checkout it keeps returning the following error:

"The store has encountered a problem processing the last request. Try again later. If the problem persists, contact your site administrator."
"Error: The following error occurred during processing: "{0}"."

I have tried chrome, chrome incognito, iPhone safari, and safari private mode, and all browsers return the same error during checkout.

Has anyone experienced this error before, and can someone please suggest a fix?

    I contacted customer support and they fixed the error in the backend.

    I had a problem signing up for a St George bank account on every browser so I cleared my cache and it worked. Maybe you're having the same issue.

    I've been having trouble trying to redeem a gift card all day. Get the error of:
    Sorry, we are unable to process your gift card at the moment. Please try again later or visit your nearest store to complete your transaction.

    By far the worst online retailer experience I've had in a long time.

    Haven't been able to register as I've been getting the same error for a few days now. Seems to be an issue on their end?

    Ongoing error today, very annoying.
    Too bad the product I needed is the cheapest by far on TGG Commerical.
    Finally got through to their phone helpline and apparently I'm meant to email the department responsible to manually put order through….so much for 1hr click and collect…
