I have tried to triple triple check this, as it can't be right.. but am seeing 99% off Liitokala 600 charger, with UK/EU/US figure-8 plug, w/ car charger as well for some bundles. As usual the AliExpress browsing is a bit of a mess.

Why is the refund I received different from the amount I originally paid?

Oh calm down… you could just as easily be gloating about your profit. You have to roll with the punches when you’re gambling speculating on the foreign exchange market
Seller took our money and uploaded fake tracking numbers.
Then it took 4 weeks to receive a refund and I lost 8 cents (6%)
