    For those who don't know, Kmart has an honestly incredible quality mic for $40: https://www.kmart.com.au/product/professional-gaming-microph….

    Unless you legitimately want the upper echelon of microphone audio, you'd be better off with saving the money, since proper high end mics are incredibly expensive. Plus bonus you get an included mic arm with this.

      Not bad if you only need to record in cardioid. I like the flexibility of having the 4 patterns

      Can definitely hear some brittleness throughout the treble, but it's up there with the best condenser mics in that price bracket.

    EB Games has the blue yeti x Warcraft edition on special at the moment for $178 (1/2price). I know the website is showing out of stock but I saw one at Plenty Valley (VIC) store yesterday. Might be worth a phone call to your local store to see if they have any stock if you’re chasing one?
