    Sharing a new CR’s experience. I first ordered through CR website last night but it still hasn’t been tracked on CR now. This morning I placed a different order using CR app and it was tracked under 15 minutes. I would recommend ordering from the app just to be safe.

    Not sure whether my first order will ever be tracked but I needed to place the order within 7 days for the new user $35 so can’t wait for 7 days to put a missing cashback track.

      i've always found entry-level shoes from any brand to be underwhelming. not really a great idea to buy a shoe just because it's cheap and you're looking for something to buy unless you've tried it on before and know what you're after.
      yes, free returns if you don't like them but their refund process is slow.

    Hey @tightarse and others, made an order early this morning when it was 15% cashback through cashrewards, order total was $347, cashback tracked was $52.
    I want to place another order now, while the cashback is at 35%, but will it track knowing that it's capped at $35 now or would I be in trouble because I made another order same day while cashback was lower?

    I have 2 orders. 1 didn't track and the other one did track like 2 hours ago but now it reverted and it didn't track. How on earth does it track then revert to $0? Dodgy

      Are you referring to CR? The way it works is that the transaction initially lands in your CR acct at full cashback rate. Then after 5 minutes or so, the cap kicks in and reverts cashback to whatever it should be. So if it reverted to $0, means you’ve already hit the $35 cap limit for the day with other transactions. Is this the case?

    Ordered earlier today but it stuck on "processing payment" using CR app. Order confirmed via email but "processing payment" didn't go away. No CR tracking. Guess I'll put through an enquiry with CR.

    I just dropped $304 for 7 pairs of shoes and a T-shirt. I didn't even read that it was capped at $35, I thought it was 35% on total. Even at $270 after CR it is still around an average $38 a pair. That is a few presents sorted and 3 pairs of Dad sneakers for me. Thanks OP.

    They stuff you around with prices (marked up and then marked down closer to original prices) and I've had occasions where they refund one item out of your purchase order of multiple items, invalidating any cashback that you would have been promised

      yes it's easy but refunds take a while to process. you just start the returns process on the website, pack the shoes back into the box you got them from and tske down to your local post office who will print out the label for you. then just wait till it gets back to adidas, wait for them to process the return and wait some more to get your refund. jump on chat and nag them if you feel it's taking longer than reasonable

              @Ozfanmel: actually, i'll amend my advice a bit and say: wait until BOTH pairs arrive because adidas is known to cancel orders during big sales. also, you want to make sure that what you receive hasn't clearly been worn by someone else. (this has happened to me)

    Does the Auspost tracking work on everyone else's orders? Mine says it was shipped on Sunday (which seems odd in itself), hasn't turned up yet and Auspost still just says can't find the tracking number, it doesn't look anything like a usual aupost tracking number either

    Reached out last week and they said they'd definitely have it shipped in the next few days and that it would come by Christmas. Finally got the email just a little while ago saying it shipped by express post and will be with me by the 21st. They apologised and gave me a coupon for 30% off a full price item.
