      • Since GC spending is excluded from earning Flybuys but good to know. $50 offer is common for people who do not scan Flybuys often at Coles or just go to Aldi or Woolies.

    Quoting what I said in my deleted post (didn't see this offer was posted before mine)

    I am quite surprised that they lowered my spending. Last offer I got was a $60 spend but now this month it's $50 considering I've spent $70+ per week after the last offer ended.

    Also I spent $125 this Tuesday to get a bonus 4,800 pts but the points hasn't come through but I emailed them about it. I guess they didn't take that transaction into account for this 4 weeks offer.

    I used to check the app before I'd checkout and apply whatever offer was going but lately it's just been empty accept for some offer to get $7 off wine

        I was starting to think that they had stopped offering these deals until I saw this post and everyone commenting

          • @Riqodex: I will have to check that, that's a good idea. Just strange because nothing has changed from my side, I've been doing the offers for maybe a year or more before they just randomly stopped :\

  • Can anyone explain why my partner and mum never receive emails or this deals from Coles? Is there something they have to do, no emails or whatsoever. Even specials which I receive every week.

      Check they're subscribed to promotional emails via the website. Might help with weekly specials emails… offers maybe/maybe not.
      Assuming they're on individual accounts not just extra cards.

    • Update: I bought a Coles prepaid SIM today and it came up as a third party gift card on the receipt.

      This is a common issue, usually they comeback on Wednesday or Thrusday for me.

          I got an email after week 1 saying I’d met the requirement and to let me know week 2 had started…but that was the last email I got despite spending each week.

  • Alright, anyone having the same problem as me? I did my 3rd week shopping on Tuesday, I achieve the target but there was no indication on the receipt saying I've compeleted it. I still have the receipt fyi and tried contacting Flybuys through FB. One other thing is, the week 3 offer haven't popped up for me on the app, it usually pops back up on Wednesday or Thursday.

    • I have not had a problem with this offer but in the past yes. Just continue meeting the criteria, keep receipts and if you do not receive the points email them.

        They just got back to me on FB saying that my record shows that I've qualified for Week 1-3 for the promotion and I just need to meet the criteria for week 4. But anyways the offer still hasn't re-appear for me, maybe it will come later today or tomorrow. Weird.

  • Ugh so annoying, now I have to chase them for the 10k because I did my week 4 shopping on Tuesday and haven't receive the points.

    • Probably give them few more days to update. am also waiting for the points.
      Contacting them anyways is more cumbersome than waiting.

      • Contacting through FB has a somewhat "fast" response than email, also I should've gotten the points the next day (that's what it suppose to happen) because I've receive the other bonus points for your usual weekly offer yesterday. I think the problem was that there was no indication that I have completed the challenge on the receipt but apparently I've qualified for the other week. So I didn't get any indication for last week and this week.

            @Ehty: Alright, just got a message from flybuys that they have added the bonus points in my account. I checked and it's been added. So all in all I've received 16,800 points for $270 spend total (3 weeks of $50 spend and last week of $120 spend for other extra)

            The last week I had a double dip offer on the tuesday for 2k 90$ spend and 4.8k $120 spend. But if I waited til the friday, I would've gotten 2x 4.8k offer. Oh well, still a good amount of savings.
