    It's adjustable, so don't worry about it. I have a pretty big head and have the Arctis 7 which has the same headband, and they are very comfy.

    My head is big, I use size XXXL motorbike helmet. And I am comfortable using arctis 7 for work almost 8 hrs/day + some gaming session after work. Should be similar headband to Arctis Pro

  Just to note that I wear glasses and these do get uncomfortable after about an hour or two of use. Otherwise the mic and sound are great!
