      So is pear

    • Got a case of regular, haven’t tasted yet, but is super crisp less sweet?

      • Moderate aroma of Ripe Red apple, with slight toffee apple notes and very slight fruity tones. A full round palate with moderate confectionary apple notes balanced by a moderate sweetness which slightly lingers on the palate. A clean, refreshingly crisp finishing cider.

According to this review, super crisp is less sweet

I'm just sipping the regular one now and good lord is it sweet. Like a syrup. Nice but wouldn't want to have too many unless you want diabetes..

Probably should have gone for the super crisp instead

  • Thanks

    This is $4.29 / L
aka $16.10 if this was 10x375ml
aka $48.30 if this was 30x375ml.

    Other current prices:
    Dan Murphy
    $23 for 10x375ml
    $59.85 for 30x375ml

    First choice
    $35 for 24x330ml
    $21 for 10x375ml

    Liqourland
    $25 for 10x375ml
    $40 for 2x10x375ml
    $47 for 24x330ml

    Seems like a decent deal.

  • good work OP - some decent suds for christmas crowds

    Thanks op
Bought 4 slabs at first choice with 10% off and 17% sb

    • +2

How did you get 10% off?

      • Not entirely sure, I had one from Liquorland which I used the other day, then felt lucky and searched my email and found one from fc, it seems to have expired on the 16th but when I entered it it worked.

  • Thanks. Got 2 cases of each of the apple and pear.

  • Thanks got a few pear cases with 5% wish cards too.

  • Thanks Op, went with shop back 17% and First Choice. Little More expensive at $35 but the 17% should make up for that.

    • They didn't have the pear so subbed it for Mr Finch Pear instead. Happy days!

My local DM was all oos.

  • With the extra cash back how could I say no! Thanks Op.

27g (6 tsp) of sugar in one bottle… explains the sweetness.

    • It's sickly. I regret buying a case. Should have got the supercrisp instead..

It should be mandatory to list the sugar content on the bottle..

  • Can anyone share the sugar amount in the Super Crispy Apple? The normal Somersbys are a bit too sweet for me.

    • mine arrived today and unless im blind there were no nutrition information. it was sweet but not sure compared to other products (first time i had an apple cider)
