    I still amazed at those ridiculous ads from Telco. How can anyone say "unlimited" and "capped" in one sentence? Cap is a "maximum limit" and unlimited has "no limit"!

      It means the service is UNLIMITED (with a few exceptions) but the PRICE is CAPPED at $79. So the LIMIT is the PRICE (Which is GOOD!) and the NO LIMIT (with exceptions) is the SERVICE.
