      Buy the ingredients that are proven to do anything of significance (beta alanine, citrulline malate, caffeine) and mix with beverage of choice.

  Is citrulline and creatine dosage being revised in the new formula?

    I would remove the creatine, as it runs a muck on my kidneys and i can't stop urinating. The citrulline i would increase the dosage. Also maybe add 500mg of taurine to boost focus. Otherwise looks like a nice preworkout. I'm currently on disorder preworkout.

    Yes! The new formula will have 6g L-Citrulline and creatine will be removed. A few extra things have been added too and changed too but this wont be released till February / March.
