If they're the same price I'd go for the Corsair. They've been one of the go to brands for power supplies for a long while now.
Mostly for the 10 year warranty and solid components, both of which this has:

I'd go for the NZXT, it's a better PSU, equivalent components to the RMx, better than vanilla RM.
That said, the RM is a fine PSU
Tier A, but on the speculative list.
They have two different nzxt c gold PSUs on the tier A
- 120mm fan 2020ver on Tier A
- 140mm fan 2022ver on Tier A speculativeThe product page shows 135mm fan…so not 100% sure.
But 10year warranty is nice.
